de.NBI – German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure Current life science research has a high demand to process, analyze, and store large amounts of data as well as to acquire the respective skills. To meet these challenges, de.NBI - the German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure has been established as a distributed academic network since 2015, initially funded by the BMBF and now in the transition process of being continued by the Forschungszentrum Jülich. Our aim is to provide broad spectrum bioinformatics services, training, compute resources (de.NBI Cloud), and an industrial forum for life sciences. At international level we constitute the German Node of ELIXIR. |
